Quarry – Featured Band On 365 Radio Network
Quarry are a 5 piece Pop/indie band hailing from Coventry in the Midlands, UK.
They formed in late 2013 with their unique sound combining Pop Rock and Hip-Hop.
Their upbeat melodic tunes are a refreshing twist on the world of hip-hop we’ve become used to. Fresh from a show at O2 academy Birmingham, the band have been gaining praise from the media and have been featured by BBC introducing.
They are popular within their local area, getting a lot of support through the local BBC Introducing show.
Past gigs include playing at Wireless Festival on a local band stage, Wychwood Festival on the BBC introducing stage, Cambridge University’s Christmas Ball supporting The Hoosiers as well as many local venues in Coventry, Warwickshire and Birmingham.
Quarry have also won a local competition 2 years in a row called ‘Godiva Calling’ which has allowed them to play on the Main Stage of Godiva Festival, one of the biggest free family festivals within the Midlands.
They have released a four track EP is called ‘Love is Blind, But I Can’t Read The Braille’. It has been released on July 15th 2014 on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, Google Play, Deezer, Wimp and Rapsody.
